DELIVERY

Free worlwide delivery. We aim to dispatch your Henry Higgs within 7 working days, however due to the handcrafted nature of the product this may fluctuate. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on receipt.

RETURNS

Returns on wooden sunglasses purchased directly from Henry Higgs are eligible for returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. Proof of purchase and original wooden box, cloth and pouch are required for eligibility. Returned items must be in new condition with no signs of use. Please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation with ‘Return’ written on it. No authorisation needed for returns as long as it is within 14 days of delivery. Once we have received, you will be issued a refund including a confirmation email.

Bespoke/tailored eyewear cannot be returned.
